This particular version of a poll is one that takes place entirely in the comment's section of a post! They were started and popularized on Twitter. Artists will ask for participants to post comments based on a set of criteria to, say, build a character! Poll participation is something only offered to my $8 Patrons at this time though, which may be why the actual poll isn't visible for others! Very sorry for any confusion, I hope that helps clear things up!
