Midnight Teatime - Introduction

Dearest Patrons, seeing how MPL has been generating much in-depth discussion and deep thoughts, I've decided to launch a new Patreon segment - "Midnight Teatime", which is an essay-prompt session where I post MPL-related prompts, and you, the Patrons, craft out your own essays based on the prompts, before posting your entries as comments. Pretty straightforward stuff!

If you're an art/literature/psychology/mystery/astrology/anything-else-under-the-sun enthusiast, this will be a great chance for you to flex that muscle! Even if you're not, you're still very much welcome to share whatever comes to mind. Basically, this is a fun, casual exercise for everyone to join in and have some fun with.

Some basic guidelines (Tentative)
1. Prompts are posted twice a month, and I'd encourage everyone to finish up your essays before the next prompt is posted, so everyone gets to read what you've worked on.

2. "Essay" here refers to any piece of written analysis, opinion or theory you might have, based on the prompt. For now, there's no word count requirement, but this might change depending on the response.

3. This segment is open to all Patrons. So if you're a Fast Pass user and your essay goes into FP territory, you must mark your post with a *SPOILER WARNING* tag before you begin. If you're a non-FP user, note that there will be spoilers, so do navigate the posts with your own discretion.

4. Please be respectful and courteous. Everyone's thoughts and opinions are equally valid and welcome. And if your opinion is a strongly negative one, do be gentle with it.

5. Lastly, as a personal note, I'd like to remind everyone that this is a fun, informal writing exercise, and while I respect all theories and analysis, the essays presented here are not necessarily conclusive to the main MPL storyline.
