MPL - Ep 1 Sneak Preview + Chat

Here's part of the scene from when Tora first meets Poppy as she climbs out of the bushes. So far I'm really enjoying this revamp because I'm focusing more on the characters and their emotional experiences instead of downplaying all of that with comedy.
When I first started posting on Webtoon, I was shocked by the large, large majority of teen and pre-teen readers. And I think that made me tone down the emotional intensity of my scenes. Which is why my earlier episodes of MPL turned out kiddier than I wanted them to be. And really, I just wasn't feeling confident enough as a newbie author to be able to handle the more intense scenes well. But Asura's Bride has helped me a lot with that. In AB, I pushed myself to meet these kinds of scenes head on instead of using comedy to avoid them, which is why, genre and theme aside, I think it's a more emotionally powerful series than MPL. And I'm really happy I did that. With the new MPL, I'll try my best to continue with this. It also helps that my editor has been nudging me to develop the scenes in a sexier, more adult direction, which gives me quite a bit of confidence. Disclaimer: There will still be humour and slapstick moments, just lesser of it.
Anyway guys, thanks so much for reading these sneak preview posts. I know not many people like reading the same thing twice but if you'd like to experience a more intense MPL, fingers crossed that this will be it. Also, if who'd like to witness how a featured series is made, I guess. Anyway, there's so much for me to learn in making comics professionally, so I'm really excited for this!
