Added 2019-02-18 14:00:16 +0000 UTCUpdate: Prefacing this with a reminder that everything is still in the discussion phase and nothing is concrete yet. But I like to be prepared for when things happen so I'm getting these plans ready just in case.
After thinking things through, going through all the comments, the one thing that hit me the deepest and hardest is how beloved AB is with you guys, and how many of you (including everyone else from the Webtoon community) have been waiting patiently for the return of AB. And to take that away from you just...kills me inside. Especially when I left it at such a cliffhanger. Not to mention, AB is my baby too and it would break my heart to be parted from AB for an indefinite period of time.
SO! What I'm planning to do (if I ever receive an official offer anytime soon) is to propose for a later launch date. So that I'm able to carry on with the second season of AB in end March 2019 (or early April) as planned. That way I'll be able to either wrap up AB up in 3-4 mths, or see how far I can take the story. I won't have to come up with a rushed ending which I know is far from ideal and satisfactory.
I'll keep y'all posted on what's to come. For all I know it might be months before Webtoon makes the next move again, but it never hurt to plan for things beforehand ;D
Tl;dr If I ever receive an official offer from Webtoon, I'll propose for it to be delayed so that Asura's Bride will continue its second season starting end March 2019 (or early April) as planned.

Okay y'all I'm back with the semi-good news...(no I'm not preggo I'm the least preggo person in the world rn π)
Your lily just got approached by Webtoon to be a featured artist!!!! *SCREEEAMM* I don't know if I'm allowed to reveal it this early but I guess it's ok π
The reason why it's semi-good is because the Webtoon editor I'm talking to said he was considering both AB and MPL but decided on MPL instead of AB (I didn't ask why but I probably will soon). However everything is still in the discussion stage and no agreements have been made. So...don't panic...yet. I might or might not sign the contract with them. If you don't hear from me again, it means the deal didn't go through π (Funnily if it does happen, I'll go back to being employed again after a grand total of 3 months being my own boss whoop whoop).
Anyway since this might mean that AB will be on hiatus indefinitely, I wanted to give you guys a heads up first π Like I said it's still being discussed so if nothing happens, then I'll continue juggling both comics as planned.
I really want to know what you guys think though, so I might create a poll for this. Because being featured isn't at the top of my priority list...it's going to be very intense, stressful and gruelling and I'm scared. But feel free to leave a comment if you have any thoughts!

You deserve it. Your hard work is paying off. Congratulations! ππΌ

2019-04-02 04:08:04 +0000 UTCI adore both your works equally. I would be *devastated* (first-world problems) if one of them stopped indefinitely, but I will get over it! To echo what others have said, the most important thing is you doing what you love and getting what you need from it. You're unbelievably talented, so your adoring fans will happily consume anything you send our way. I like to think that this marks the start of a VERY LONG CAREER AS A PROLIFIC WEBTOONS ARTIST (Right? Right?!), so I'll be camping on your page for as long as you keep doing this. What's most important to me is that you maintain your health and your passion for this so it never stops...
