Final sneak peek in colour (I'm such a sucker for night lights!)
I really do hope that this is the final art style that I'll settling on for MPL, both in terms of colouring and the way I draw their faces. I feel like as much as 'improvement' is always welcome, the inconsistent art style might throw people off as well (and also makes me feel like tearing my hair out sometimes, lol).
It's just that (and I'm not sure how it is for other artists?) the way I 'see' my art evolves, sometimes very rapidly, so I'm always making tweaks to my style to keep up with my evolving 'vision'. Sometimes it can be triggered (and I don't mean this in a negative way) by someone pointing out that 'the way you draw xxx is too xxx' and after I while, I start seeing it that way as well. For instance many episodes back, a few people were commenting that Tora's chin was too long and nose too small/short. And truth be told, I NEVER saw it that way until people started pointing it out. Definitely very grateful that people pointed that out to me lol.
Ok that's all for my little art rant. Back to colouring, see you guys in a couple days time when I update ❤️
