Introducing.....Quincey Balthuman, the gang leader's son that everyone has been asking about XDD (In case I didn't make it clear enough, that old dude Balthuman who's appeared in a few episodes, IS the gang leader ^^; ).
I'm SUPER excited that he's finally making his grand entrance! Like when I drew out his scene, my heart was beating fast, literally!
He's a pretty interesting guy, AND he has a pretty interesting relationship with Tora. I THINK you'll like him :3
