POLL: Price Increases & Sticker Interest Check

Hi everybody,

The tariff situation is still very unpredictable, but currently much higher than they were when we first polled folks about new tiers and partial price increases. At the moment rates are 163% for larger orders. For small orders, it's 120% or $200, whichever is larger. These threatened rates could go up or down (but not to zero). Contradictory messaging seems to be the only consistent feature of the administration's approach.

Between the tariffs, the uncertainty, and the last 5 years of significant inflation, we feel we need to increase all pin tier prices by at least $2.

The price increase is mostly covering inflation to be honest, but the looming tariffs are pushing us to finally take that step. We are planning on absorbing most of the tariffs and carving out stability with other creative means. (Otherwise we would need to increase prices much more!)

• We are trying out a hard enamel pin factory in a country which is not expected to be tariffed as severely as China.

• We are going to try out wood pins, which are available domestically. We do not plan to switch to wood pins 100%, but we want to expand our variety, adaptability, and stability.

But also....what if....3" vinyl stickers?

• A hypothetical sticker-only tier at $8

• For single pin tiers, it would be the same pin in sticker form. $21 for pin & sticker.

• For multi-pin tiers, it would be your pins plus one sticker matching one of your pins ( it would be a surprise which of your pins gets a sticker duplicate. ) $34 Combos, $45 Prix Fix, and $50 Buffet.

• This is just an idea! We're going to weigh if it's worth the extra work based on responses below.
