★ PAYMENT & SHIPPING ★

★ When will I be charged?

Patreon begins processing payments on the 1st of the following month, and automatically renews until your pledge is canceled.

★ When will my pin ship out?

We aim to ship in the later half of the month, though COVID production delays could extend that timeline.

SHIPPING TIMES (2020)

United States: 3 - 10 business days

International: 2 - 10 weeks

★ Is the packaging discreet?

All packages are plain tan bubble mailers with boring shipping labels. By default, the return address does say “Gay Breakfast” but it it does not stand out. Nonetheless, if you need out return address changed to “GB Studio” let us know, and we will make a note of that.

★ Will my rewards come on backing cards or in plastic?

Most months, pins will come just in the protective plastic bags we received them in, and inside a cushioned bubble mailer. Backing cards will only be included if they are required to complete the idea. This is to minimize waste, streamline mailing, and prevent overuse injuries during mailing. Thank you for understanding!

★ Do you provide tracking numbers?

We plan to! We are implementing a new system with shipstation that should automatically email tracking to patrons when we print a shipping label.
Often we print labels a week before the actual postage date on the label. That is because we try to pace ourselves when mailing. Please do not worry if it remains at "label printed" status for a few days.

★ Why do the international tiers have a higher cost?

The international tier pricing is based off of the cost of the pin club package + the cost of USPS first class international shipping, which is about $10 more than domestic shipping.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees.

★ Can you combine my pin club package with an online store order?

Yes, please leave us a note when you place your store order.

★ PLEDGES ★

★ I joined on October 1st. Does that mean I will get the October rewards?

No -- please understand that Patreon operates on an inflexible monthly payment system. When you join, you will receive the following month’s rewards. Example: In order to receive October’s rewards, you would need to become a patron by September 30th at 11:59 PM EST. If you join on October 1st, you will receive November’s rewards since your card won’t be charged until November 1st.

★ My card was declined and didn’t go through until after you already shipped out the rewards. Will I still get my pin(s) and monthly store discount code?

If this happens, please let us know. After confirming that the payment did eventually process, we send you the discount code as well as make a note to mail you the missed rewards with the next month's rewards.

★ If I unpledge, can I rejoin in the future?

Sure, as long as there are spots available! Right now we have not placed a limit on any reward tier but that could change in the future.

Please inquire about shipment concerns via email rather than in public comment! Any public questions about your shipment will be deleted. Your privacy matters, and getting to the bottom of your concern would involve discussion of your name and address. Please send an email to support@gaybreakfast.gay with your full name and concern!

★ My pin arrived damaged. Can you replace it?

If your monthly pin was damaged in transit or has a major flaw, please send a photo of the damaged pin + damaged packaging! After review, we can send you a replacement pin with your next pin club package. We will only replace pins with the following defect(s):
