With your input, I would like to inform you about creating sims, as we know there are already a variety of sim creators on the internet, but what I would like to share with you is what you think about starting with custom creations ?
The sims 4 has a limit on the alteration of the body as a preset in the modeling preventing the more detailed creation, but we can create these details for default (all sims have the same body) style EVE body or non-default, where only one sims has its style own. But it is up to you.
I will create unique characters to show you.
