He studied the dark magic of the Formless Spawn and eventually managed to melt his spirit and mind into their essence, abandoning his corporeal body for a greater form of power. The Shepherd can gather and control the Formless Spawn and has a direct mental link to Tsathoggua himself.
About 75mm tall, so this is a large / huge monster that will fit on one standard build plate.
