Some thoughts and images that I want to share with you.
A few years ago I requested the price for 2500 decks with MetalLuxe gold from USPCC. Something over $16,000. With this sum, the idea of printing a MetalLuxe deck also died for the time being. Today I'm pretty sure that we could get this deck funded on Kickstarter but USPCC simply won't print it anymore. They have changed their rules for MetalLuxe. The black background and the gold MetalLuxe are too close to the edge so that they cannot guarantee an accurate / clean production.

There is no launch date yet for the Gold Foil Black Roses Playing Cards. Quite a few decks are in my mind that I want to get produced and it's hard to decide which deck comes first. But I can already tell you that I want to print the Gold Foil Black Roses with Hanson Chien again.
Honestly said, if USPCC would print the deck I would stay with USPCC. Not because I think USPCC have the better quality. I was always a hardliner when it came to USPCC but in my opinion HC has overtaken USPCC in many ways already. A lot people simply prefer USPCC over everything. I'm pretty sure patriotism also plays a big role. But of course it would also be a little dream for me to print a MetalLuxe deck with USPCC. Everything is also a lot easier when the printing company and fulfillment / wholesale partner is in the same country.
Let's face it, 3-4 years ago there were no competitive printing companies for decks with foil. But a lot has changed in the last few years and companies became so good that they don't even need to hide themselves anymore from USPCC.
I'm so happy that HC produces such great decks and I hope that you share this thought with me. If you don't own a HC deck yet, just wait for the BR Hotel / Casino decks. You will not be disappointed.
Thanks for reading.
Much love and stay safe
Daniel
