[TOE] Pond - Procedural Landscape

As promised, for the contributors, here is a toe file of my recent procedural pointcloud landscape generator.
I put some annotations inside, I tried to keep things simple... But, as usual, really don't hesitate to contact me if you have suggestions, questions, or anything else.

I have tested just right now on 2023.11510, it's working perfectly... do you have up to date graphical drivers?
