Brian Peppers
Added 2021-11-19 00:59:04 +0000 UTCBrian Peppers was a ex offender in his thirties, whose photograph the police had took in 2003 went viral online in 2005. Brian suffered from Apert/Crouzon Syndrome and died in 2012. He had stuck to my memory back then because of his facial looks along with the various photoshops he was in. Thought I should draw him after over ten years later.
