Geats Flash Belt Update 9/14

--Update--
.02: Zombie, Water, Shield, and Arrow buckles added.
Also added two new ID Cores including one requested by Sonicdevil. Current Legend tier patrons can pick from the non-main riders' logo and two colors to have their own core added to the flash.
