I have some ideas about some lesbian content with strap-ons. I've been imagining, for example, Twilight getting kinky and using some strap-on to Tempest Shadow or something like that.
The thing is, do you like that idea? Do you want more NSFW content where the girls wanna use a strap-on? Do you want different sizes of the strap-ons?

Who am I to refuse any openings to more kinky scenarios? Since you're asking for suggestions, I believe that Celestia having one of her students using a strap-on on her might be an interesting scenario; the teacher encouraging her pupils to show more initiative and such.
