MLP - A celestial night (WIP 02, glowing hair or not?)

-Some brightness
-Blushed faces
-Some details for the background
I wanted to make Celestia's hair glowing again. I'd like to know your thoughts about it and if you like it or not.
This will be finished tomorrow.
