also, in answer to maple's question about paper bags in movies looking different: a lot of the times things like paper bags are made of different materials so that they don't produce the same kinds of sounds which could otherwise ruin a shot. their called "silent props". i don't know if it's the case in this but it's not uncommon to see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x6btmJSRueE
