Erwin is the one who set up the trap to catch the mole by not telling anyone what was going on, he wouldn't be doing that if he was the mole. They also mentioned that it most likely had to be someone who joined in the last 5 years. Just a little food for thought

Like, when you first meet Miche on the way to the courtroom and he sniffs Eren you think, "what on earth?" And here, when Miche is able to smell the oncoming wave of titans before anyone else has a clue, you realize that Miche has some bizarre hyperosmia ability to smell titans, which gives context to why he sniffed Eren, thought for a moment, and then smiled. And those dots only connect if you're paying close attention to that one guy in particular.
