Jimmy is a con artist, and Chuck knows this man and how he goes about his schemes exactly; to the last detail. Then we got Chuck who’s a legit high level lawyer, but Jimmy is too. This man Jimmy found a whole class action case, put it all together and Chuck was looking salty 🤣 in this episode we actually see how manipulative and just lowkey evil Chuck can be and it got Jimmy. Chuck scammed the scammer. & this what make me not like Chuck because he pointing the finger at Jimmy when, to a point, he literally does the same thing 🤣

Chuck in full villain mode "im just a widdle baby, i love my brother, i dont want him to go to jail, if only there was another solution...." Kim is a real one, when Jimmy gave her his explanation, even though she'd doesn't agree she's just like "okay". Jimmy reminded me a bit of Walt in that scene, "I'm the one who fixes this! Rah rah rah!" when clearly he needs Kim's help, but they come to an agreement in the end. I love the 'show dont tell' in BCS, like they trust the audience to put the pieces together. a worse written show would have mike be like "heres whats gonna happen... im gonna throw meth shoes on a wire and shoot them to get the truck stopped by border control" and gus would be like "you sunuva bitch, im in!"

2024-11-12 23:04:40 +0000 UTCSome little legal trivia: The law is an EXTREMELY regulated profession; few years ago there was a lawyer here in Illinois who slapped his wife around and got charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. he pled it out and served his sentence. Afterward, he was disbarred from practicing law. He appealed, saying it was "double-punishment"-- because he already did the criminal punishment--the court said; "tough, you brought dishonor to our profession." the Bar Assoc doesn't fool around, and its funny b/c most people think lawyers are all crooks, but in fact we have to play it super-straight all the time, ethics-wise. Saul's antics make for good TV, tho. :)

I'm not mad about Chuck trying to get his brother to pay for breaking the law like he did, I'm upset that he was so willing to take Ernesto down too as collateral damage.
