Hiya lovely Patreon folks!! Just a quick little news-style letter for y’all to show you some little things we have been working on lately :3

There are a lot of cool stuff in the works for the coming months that we are all very excited for you to see!! We want to keep some of them as a surprise for when the Cool Stuff™ will drop, but in the meantime, I’ve gathered some of your requests from the heart-society as little tease. 👀

Character Art

Here some Luca portraits that will be used during our dialogues. I know, I know, it isn’t how it will be shown in-game, but this is a step in the right direction (can’t just for EVERYTHING right away ehe). ✨

Sophie keeps killing it with these portraits and character art in general. Can’t wait to share more!!

Environment Art + Concept

Cameron this month has been working on a residential area of our ripped apart, flooded city! Below, some of the concepts made by our art director Danny, early on the project, which was used as a baseline for building out this region. Matt worked on the “enviro kit”, which consist as assets both environment artists and level designers can work with to decorate the rooms — it both cuts down on time while doing deco and ensure consistancy! (Note: don’t try to decypher too much the glyphs in the concepts, I believe it was made before we had our alphabet figured out 🤔.)
