This reaction was an excellent example of why we all love TV. You vent your frustration with Hopper during the ep (which happens with TV characters) but at the end you were brought to emotion by the events of the show for that same character who was frustrating you. Why, 'cause you care. Great TV makes us care ..... as other stated - for something a bit lighter, I also suggest Ted Lasso & The Good Place. Honestly, the shows will make you cry here and there but from a good feeling/comedy perspective rather than a dramatic/scary perspective. I also suggest New Girl and Brooklyn 99 - which are 2 very funny shows

If you know Lost you know those moments are very feel good scenes. Makes me feel good just thinking about it. If you want an only feel good show you may need to look for older shows.

Or go the other way and watch some Stranger Things era horror movies to toughen up. Or some Parks and Rec to relax. Now they are making me stressed out and I know what happens. I'm skipping to the end and will rewatch later. You know what I will watch to make me feel better good Firefly episodes.

Season 4 is everything that you've felt in these 1st 3 seasons.....times 5. It's a Rollercoaster of emotions from the first episode. Can't wait. Great reaction ladies!!!!
