2022-03-27 20:32:09 +0000 UTCWell, that was an emotional roller coaster, specially the first bit… watching your downfall to madness was great 😂 that was a master piece of an edit, the way they started with Dean’s lack of faith from the firsts seasons was such a great way to start and the way its connected and the highlights… art, pure art (as their relationship is) Im so glad this was a drunk reaction btw 😅 and I lost count of how many times I’ve watch the “profound bond” trailer… you don’t need to do a lot of editing to turn their relationship into a rom com 😌 Anyway, great reaction, where do we go from here? Time will tell… see you in the next one

I hated growing up with people trying to shoehorn me into one ethnicity, one gender role, one *thing* that I wasn't. It wasn't what I said, it wasn't what I meant, it wasn't who I was. So I love this from Show. I love how problematic and complicated and flexible and inclusive it is. Cas loves Dean, and that is validating because Dean isn't perfect, and I love Dean. It's enough.

There was another amazing one that was very good that I liked very much but for the life of me, I couldn't find it anywhere anymore. It's about young Dean and angel Cas and the AU was mystical/fantasy-oriented. Both met when they were trained to be warriors from a young age and they were supposed to meet again when they were adults ... I can't really remember, I think it went like that, it was a long time ago ... Anyway, I really appreciate that Shelley, you said that you don't really need for the relationship to be textually canon. Back in the day, for the most part, the Destiel shippers that I've read online last time, this was the stand that we stood for. At this point in time in the series, this has the most that we've already gotten. Anything more is golden. Did we get more? Well, that for us to know, Shelley, and for you to find out in time, lol.

2022-03-26 17:17:54 +0000 UTCThat was a great video, Luis! I enjoyed that so much. You can see Castiel was intrigued by Dean when he first met him. Knowing Dean did change him incredibly. I think in all his centuries he had never met anyone like him. Dean is brave and kind. He is such a good man, and Cas just fell in love with him, and then deeper and deeper. When someone so obviously loves you, how can you not reciprocate. Even if you realize it or not. They very much have a love story. Is there sexual tension? Not for me to say. I don't need to label what they feel. But it is such an interesting theme of the show. And the writing of their relationship has been so good and heartfelt. Loved your reaction here. And I love your hat too.

And thank you, Shelly, for reacting to it and posting it as soon as you did. ❤️ I love how supportive you are of Destiel, but you still don't put shame on any other ship. That's an amazing thing to do. Ship what you want and let others do the same. I really wish I could do the same because I would want to be an unjudgmental person, but I found myself often just unable to not participate in some wars in this fandom when others were putting shame on my OTP through their ship, and in the end, there is a pairing I just can't stand (or mainly the stans of that pairing, or most of them anyway). I totally agree with your view of Destiel. I was always so grateful for every glimpse of their bond we were able to see and had the opinion that if this is all we ever get, I would still be happy, because it's already the most epic love story I've ever seen. On the other hand, I knew that if it ever went canon, I would explode with happiness. I think it's the best way to not be disappointed and let the show be ruined by that disappointment if it doesn't go there, but be able to have the most sweet surprise if it does. 💙💚
