Thank you. There's no way that a non server based game could fully load another portion of the map in 10 seconds, especially on PS4. I'd be honestly shocked if it was all the console.

At approximately 42:30 you said that fast travel and loading times are "so great because of [always online]" but I don't see how "always online" and "load times" are connected. Please explain?
