If they want their cause to be taken more seriously they should start by actually taking their own protest seriously.

2025-08-03 20:54:18 +0000 UTCHave to disagree with your views on the numpty protesters drinking as I don't think you can fully judge people by the standards of your own behaviour. From a similar background to the stereotypical protester and a lot of people will drink at any and all occasion (even several cans at home just watching tv midweek) so it'd be more of a surprise if people werent drinking. Discounting their views because of their conduct just exasperates the wider problem of these people feeling their views and concerns are not addressed / dismissed by those with power. None of the above applies to muppets like Ed Mathews who should be thrown into a volcano at the earliest opportunity tho
