Body Lab is BAAAACK in person!

Body Lab was never meant to be virtual, it is about embodied relationships after all!
But I am so glad many many people were able to attend during the last 3 years due to it becoming more accessible.
So, to celebrate SPRINGTIME and all things renewing and blossoming, I am inviting a few close friends and YOU, my patrons to our first in person class since February 2020!
The in person cost is normally higher to cover the studio rental cost and having the added benefit of much more personal focus on your body and now we can integrate elements of your projects again!
In person Body Lab used to be 2 hours but we are easing back into it so we will keep the class 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I just need you to RSVP ASAP as it is required for me to give a head count to the space. Sign UP

And YES, for those of you who can't attend in person, class will be live-streamed and the recording will be available in a few days.
