Hello everyone!
Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving.
In this month's body lab practice we focus on being present with our body's needs, in order to be really nourished and supported. We practice dropping in with the body without getting ahead of ourselves.
We begin seated, then take it to the floor. Enjoy!

-Qi gong
-Breath work
-Organ balancing work
This month's class props:
-Coregeous ball (or blanket/towel/pillow)
-Yoga Tune-up balls (or tennis balls)
-Yoga strap (or belt/scarf/long towel for shoulder work)
