This class is even slower and will ask you to trust your own experimentation of your inner space and move from what is real for you more than what the instructions are.
On this day, a dear friend came to class after a huge heartbreaking loss. As I did for her, this class is an offering for your body and spirit that desires a reconnection to embodied pleasure.
You might want to take this class if you've lost connection to your body, to your sensuality and need some reminders of how to surrender to embodied wisdom when life feels like a ton of never ending insane challenges.
Start by sitting on your Coregeous ball if you have one - a thick rolled up towel will be ok too and just breathe and move your body however you can today.
