Definitely revisit but maybe from a different approach. Use the corgeous ball first on the area and ask your body before that section of the class what she would like to do or what she needs and wait for the answer. I think there is a deeper listening here that is required. Keep me posted! xoxo

Still a difficult class for me and one I want to revisit again. Inner right thy still firing at the same point as when I first took the class, had a lot of fear and tight reaction in the tail bone connection on the right side as well, all before even beginning the ball work.
