I have been working full time and professionally in the field of somatic care for 20 years and I can still spend countless hours looking at anatomy books, reading about how the body does what she does, listening about healing journeys with anyone who wants to go there and continuing to be a humble student.
I am also passionate about meaningful art found in many mediums as well as nature conservation and the direct transmission of wisdom and beauty of the natural world. Art and Nature informs a lot of my work and I will also be sharing the many bridges I have walked across that have carried me to where I am today.
My intention is to honor this creative platform as a place for sharing and interacting in the spirit of joy and pleasure!
