I work hard on every update to make It better than the previous one and release it on time. My dev cycle is normally around 4-6 weeks, during which I work on the game full time without stopping.
In that timeframe I usually manage to produce around 1000-1500 pictures and loads of animations, a number you normally wouldn’t see from other developers. Looking back, I realized that I’ve been working non-stop for the last three years! :)
That’s why right now I’m here to warn you that after the next release I’m going to take a 3-4 week break that I’ll spend with my family outside the town. I need to fully recuperate after COVID-19 and search for new plot ideas.
I love this job. After the break, I promise to return better than ever and continue making you happy with a bunch of new cool updates!
While I’ll be gone, my team will keep on working, making new assets, locations for future updates, and finishing small extra work that’s been piling on this whole time.
Right now I’m working on the new update EP3 v5 that's planned to release on the 7th of June. My little break will come after that.
I’m always waiting for your feedback on what you would like to see in future updates of Fashion Business!

Surprised Monica hasn't ran into a gang yet. Or gotten a surprise visit from her old neighbor knowing Monica uses the back entrance to get into her house. I'd say before the farm Monica could get more experience from the prisoners again more than just bob and the other dude, perhaps the other offices could have their fun with Monica. If we get to make suggestions, I'd like to say that I think the story really REALLY urgently needs to move on somehow. It's been bothering for a few updates as the story has been threading water for a good while. I think we really need to urgently see an change in dynamics somehow. It's really time to move on from Dick's secretary at some point and introduce something new. The humiliation is expected by now and you can't escalate it with the same cast forever. It's a static (but fun!) theme park right now. It is a good idea to take a step back and think about it for a bit, I think.

I definitely saw it, but I don't remember where) So, how about collaborating with other game developers? For example, does Monica somehow interact with the main characters from other games? What do you think ?)

Have a great holiday, do as you say and get fresh experiences and ideas. What's worst to fans is not a slow update but a burned-out developer that has lost their artistic values.
