nicFW900 V4.00.07
Added 2025-05-07 06:33:00 +0000 UTCHoping this fixes the "N/T" issue experienced by many. I managed to trace it to the older TX power calibration system. I had left a remnant of the older system in place that I was unaware of, and this was interfering.
The power system will be changing again next release anyway, but I wanted to get this out to resolve the last problem.
I think the key tones seem to be a little too loud, I'll fix this next time.

Thanks Allerley, that's 100% correct. To elaborate, the BT version of the RT-900 uses a different processor made by JeiLi. It is kind of a proprietary processor with very limited development support. It's essentially a different radio ENTIRELY from the non-BT RT-900 and not possible to develop for currently.

2025-05-07 12:32:21 +0000 UTCSorry cannot replicate, need more information. Every press of PTT-A and PTT-B produces output power, confirmed with meter. Bear in mind that TX Power Calibration varies from radio to radio. You may need to experiment to find the correct calibration settings for your radio.

2025-05-07 07:56:13 +0000 UTCHi Marcus, I acted according to 'Essential Setup' and new FW seems to fix N/T issue, but noiticed pushing PTT not always enable transmit -- Screen is turning 'red' and showing TX but no output power from radio at all. This occurs randomly with new PTT -- eg steps to preproduce: PTT couple times in a row.
