You can "delete" a button by assigning it as 'Blank' button under the Miscellaneous category. Its not very obvious, so I'll add a delete button at some point. You cant currently move buttons between screens - I'll look to add that also.

I want to unclutter some screens/reduce the button layout by relocating/deleting existing buttons. Meanwhile, I'll have another look at the pdf in case I missed something. Thanks.
