White Tie: process
Added 2019-04-01 19:10:59 +0000 UTCA step by step for this little illustration! I’m still trying to find a process for me that I like. I do a lot of changing/editing as I go. I also use a lot of Clip Studio tools like the blur tool and the ‘add glow’ layer mode. Gotta love that glow!
