Hi Everyone!
I’ve gotten so many requests for a Hognose Snake, so I’m happy to introduce this family of three! This set includes Adult, Young, and Baby sizes. The Adult comes in two sections that snap-fit together (the head is pint-in-place). Add optional extension links to make it as long as you want (20” default length without extensions). The Young (11”) and Baby (5”) are 100% print-in-place.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
ADULT: Front: Print-In-Place. (I have not yet created a Built-in Brim version of the body, so you may need to generate one if you're having adhesion problems. Use a brim gap of around 0.3-0.4mm to aid in brim removal.)
ADULT: Rear: Print-In-Place. (I have not yet created a Built-in Brim version of the body, so you may need to generate one if you're having adhesion problems. Use a brim gap of around 0.3-0.4mm to aid in brim removal.)
ADULT: Body Extend Link: Print-in-place.
YOUNG: Curled or Straight: Print-in-place. Choose the model layout that works best for you!
BABY: Print-in-Place
5-10% Infill.
3 Walls.
The Adult size can be scaled to roughly 70% with full articulation. The Young and Baby should scale down to roughly 80% with full articulation. Below that, the tip of the tail may start to fuse. Your mileage may vary.

Hi, the only snake I’ve made with an opening mouth is the rattlesnakes. Check the “little rattlesnakes” in the vault section of the pinned “hub” post. There’s a baby version in that set.

2024-03-21 14:32:08 +0000 UTCThese are cool. I got a mini snake as a freebie. I think it was a Hognose. The mouth opens, I can't find the file to download it. I have had requests for it as a mini and larger. I can send a picture of it if that helps to identify it. Thank you
