[Sneak Peek pt. 1] December Release: The Winter Hunt

December release: The Winter Hunt 🏹

"Winter was approaching. And with its proximity, the city of Vatenciana stirred. The great Winter Hunt was about to begin. Several missions of hunters, soldiers and mercenaries headed north to hunt beasts and monsters to meet the demands of combat. The beast fights in Vatenciana's Great Sports Arena drew crowds and moved beastly amounts of money. However, unlike fights between human combatants, beasts and monsters would not fight willingly. They needed to be hunted down and replaced periodically. And hunting leaders always hired people to work: porters, sappers, cooks. Jaral met a neighbor of his, Mertvyus, who had served for three seasons in these hunting campaigns. The first time, with just two months of work, Mertvyus had purchased a herd of more than thirty goats. In the second winter, Mertvyus increased his herd to eighty heads. The result was so good that he went back to work on the hunts the following winter. Unfortunately, he hasn't returned from his third hunting season.
