New Supporters Login Issues
Added 2020-08-25 15:42:21 +0000 UTCHi everyone! I want to take a moment to thank all of our new supporters, but also apologize for an issue we had the past couple of days. We use Integromat to connect Patreon supporters to the Kronos Time Titan login server. Normally this lets new supporters get activated immediately, but due to a pricing change two days ago, the activations stopped working. Unfortunately, Integromat didn't bother to notify us of the change, so I didn't find out about it until this morning.
I have since corrected the issue, but any new support pledges or changes from the past two days were not processed.
If you are unable to log in or reset your Kronos password, and you became a new supporter within the past few days, please try cancelling your pledge and then re-adding it (don't worry, you won't be charged twice). Your email will be added to the database and you can then reset your password for the game. If you're still having problems, please do not hesitate to send me a message and I'll get it sorted out for you.
