Attention new supporters (past 48 hours) and tier changes
Added 2020-07-23 16:42:56 +0000 UTCHi everyone! I wanted to let you know the Patreon API system had an outage yesterday for roughly 24-48 hours. This meant that new pledges were not being activated, and everyone who changed their pledge tiers were not being correctly assigned.
If you became a supporter or you changed your pledge amount within the last couple of days, please double-check by updating the game and logging in. The Kronos player token on the map should match the support level you are currently on, and you should be able to access whatever tier perks you have pledged to.
If you cannot activate your game, or you're not showing up on the right tier in the game, please delete your pledge in Patreon, then re-pledge. This should get your account activated and on the correct tier. You will not be double-charged for doing this.
If you've deleted your pledge then re-added it and you're still have problems, please send me a message and I will look into it for you.
