You noticed her hurrying to the rec center on campus. She seemed distressed and clutching something to her chest. It was rather large, whatever she was holding. You followed her and saw her go into the women's changing area of the center. It had been a few minutes of waiting for her to come out. You had hoped atleast another girl would show up to go inside and see if she was okay for you, but nothing. No one had even come out. Taking your chances, you continue to follow her in. Luckily the area was empty, and as you turn the corner, you see her. Changed out of her clothes, but you now see what she was clutching to her chest. Her breasts had grown to such a dis-proportioned size earlier in the day and she luckily found someone's sundress in a locker. You came in just as she was about to get into the stolen dress. She may have been impressed with your concern over her, she may secretly be that type of girl, or (and most likely) whatever changed her breasts caused her to act like this, but she asked you to help her get used to her new size in one way that a man can.
