Gary's income kind of bugs me; because he wouldn't be able to sell 1940s records in the present day. The materials they used slowly change colour over a period of 15-20 years. So if you show an antique dealer one that looks 'like new', they would have to assume it's a modern replica. Maybe he should rent a safe deposit box, pay for 60 years up front, and use that for anything he wants to send to the present so that it would be aged correctly. But this is more a character driven show, so the technicalities of time travel aren't such a big deal.
