On Saturday 6/29, Dimitri and Heart Attack Gun bring you the second hard launch installment of NOIDED LA.
No half-measures this time: we've secured a raw DTLA warehouse venue that's more than double the size of our first venue, with an extremely hardcore RCF soundsystem that'll rattle your soul and lights/multi-projector visuals by Dimitri in multiple rooms all night.
Doors open at 9 with an opening salvo of anti-Rockefeller Buchla/tape music soundscapes from The Juliettes, accompanied by a Subliminal Jihad video presentation on the deep history of synthesizer music.
At 10, returning in-the-box champion Wade Blazer ignites the dance floor with some live analog grooves, then Dimitri Poshlost heats up the triple CDJs with a heavy Detroit-Berlin-Yugoslavia birthday set.
After that, two of the hardest DJs from the LA underground will launch us into 3 1/2 witching hours of pounding dracularity: first a blistering 90 minutes from that “purveyor of no nonsense dance floor ferocity”, Dj ANGELDU$t, followed by a two-hour hypnotic techno masterclass from WORK resident NEKTER.
Address will be emailed to ticketholders 4 hours before the event and also posted under set times on the RA event page.
Full rave bar with craft beer and select cocktails (cash/card/mobile pay accepted this time!), chill outdoor patio area, underground-appropriate smoking policies, and even a mysterious VIBES ROOM.
No ins and outs, no outside drinks, 18+, must have ID to enter.
