He’s said that type of thing quite a few times lol

On my lunch break so I'm mostly working from memory, but I think the Dylan motorcycle crash came soon after his friend, Richard Fariña, died in a motorcycle crash that was also a little suspicious. Fariña was a musician and he was married to Joan Baez's sister Mimi. AND he authored a book and was also friends with Thomas Pynchon. Gravity's Rainbow is dedicated to him. ALSO Paul McCartney had a moped accident in 1965 that injured his lip, and ultimately by 1967 he grew a mustache to hide the scar, and the others followed suit which is why everyone has a mustache for Sgt. Pepper's. The mustache is also a pretty central part of most Paul Is Dead narratives I've read, where the mustache is supposed to help conceal the facial differences between the replacement and original.

Hey friends, love your content- silly question, how do I get access to the SJ discord? Been listening to the Patreon for a while but haven’t bothered trying to get on the discord yet. While I may be Gen Z I’m also technologically illiterate. Sorry if there is an obvious answer to this question and there’s just a description or link I’m missing on my phone. Thanks and much love.

Honestly Christmas in my heart is the most nuts Dylan album. If you want to freak your girlfriends or her parents out for Christmas, this album does it’s magic with ease to give you a new voice when you hear classics like “here comes Santa clause”, my personal favorite.

Hope there’s a Dylan episode in the works because I’m genuinely surprised you guys didn’t bring up that sketch ass Dylan interview where he says “I’m not retired yet because I made a deal with The Lord Of The Next World & I’m still holding up my end of the bargain.”

I'm not sure if you've already read Aaron Leonard's The Folk Singers and the Bureau, but I highly recommend it. It could serve as a great source for your forthcoming Folk music/Bob Dylan episode.

This Bryce Savage stuff is just AI generated Lil Peep.

(@ 2:03:39). I definitely do not know what you’re talking about; I don’t know anything about that genre, either. But I like hearing Khalid sing; how lovely. I was listening to some random music industry commentary on YouTube a couple weeks ago and in one interview, a gentleman explained that the jazz section on Spotify had been colonized by 5011 Swedish Jazz bands. He identified them as Spotify house bands, as Spotify is based in Sweden, etc., and said that no one knows who they are but they make up the majority of the jazz charts and the algorithm is based on said charts. This gentleman said that this phenomenon is widespread across all genres on the app, etc. I think we’re safe to assume that Spotify’s army of hyper real jazz musicians did the Havana Syndrome; this just seems obvious at this point.

John walker Lindh was in Afghanistan because of marijuana. My circle overlapped with this weird yakhan wearing hippy dope gang passing off afghan dope as beasters, all up and down l75 back then. With national connections.
