2025-12-27 02:41:47 +0000 UTCI will say, this being "hell" for Enji has always felt disingenuous by comparison. Like yeah, he has to see Toya, but like, Toya's the one actually going through it. Plus Enji recovers pretty well from his injuries and has a fair amount of people to support him while Toya gets a few visits a day and is hardly able to speak. Toya's hell ends when he dies, and Enji's "hell" is more down to him just having a somewhat disgraced life.

Not just "eww blood is weird why do you like blood never do that" as her parents and students at her school tried. Just teach her about Mary Shelly and show her to the goths and she'll be fine. A lot think she can be a doctor and while possible she can also be something like a tattoo artist or other field that deals with blood a lot with no issue. Can even use her quirk to see how a tattoo will look on someone. If she wants ti be a hero she could be a great spy type hero too doing undercover work. I wonder if Vlad dealt with any stigma due to his quirk dealing with blood. Could be a good mentor. She was made to feel wrong and evil just for finding blood interesting. And then she ended up on the side of evil

2025-12-26 13:26:53 +0000 UTCI feel like in regards to the Toya-Enji storyline, this *is* the manifestation of Dabi's "Let's Dance In Hell" that Endeavor acknowledged multiple times. This *is* hell for both of them. Enji has to see his son in the worst state imaginable & face that pain every day, begging for atonement. While Toya has to suffer being alive in a state where all he can do is spend time with his father (& family). This is their Dance in Hell.

2025-12-26 05:14:00 +0000 UTCSpinner is making a comic to hopefully show how they turned into villains and humanize themselves in the eyes of the public. It isn't to try to push another generation of villains. It is to show that they weren't simply just villains. That is why Deku was so for it. He said make it a comic book because it might be able to push through to more people in the public and help them understand what created them as villains and how society is rigged against some people and their quirks.

It doesn't try to patch up the sadness and mourning with a happy, smiley moment and instead does it the other way around. While everyone is happy, Uraraka and Spinner are mourning what could have been, and Deku can't get Spinner out of his mind and comforts Uraraka in her grief. I hate to harp on things, but it's very night and day for me. The Todoroki family sendoff was handled super badly, so I'm happy to get a much better ending note for these characters.
