thorfin threw himself in to where he is at,he made the choice to go with askeldad to kill him,yes he killed his father but still,thorfin still decided to put in his own neck the shackles of being askelads slave doing his bidding,in the other hand canute was born in a world where family kill each other for power poisoning and such,yes arguably thorfin had it rougher by having to loose his freedom and humanity(willingly),but saying that canute doesnt understand,just sits wrong with me,anyways love to both of u i love ur reactions and more ur comentary

Also saying a noble cant ever have a bad life is 100% wrong. just because it isnt the same struggle doesnt make it better or worse

In fact, Ragnar is pretty much entirely to blame for Canute's anxiety problems. He's a terrible influence for a growing boy.
