Btw I know itβs from last episode but the old man doesnβt mean if it was possible he wouldnβt try or thereβs some weakness He means that if he had to fight Frieren the real Freren in a real battle he would immediately run away (as in break his bottle) but because itβs an Exam and itβs pretty hinted at that he has a need to pass (he already has fame, glory and is considerably wealthy why does he need a 1st class mage license if he doesnβt have a compelling/important reason) he has to try, otherwise he knows he is outclassed.

Intrigue warlock is the best for 1 class handling all the roles becuase a warlock can specialize into any role. Front line fighter? A few hex blades. Healer? Pact of the celestial. Pact of the tome helps spell utility. High charisma already gives face ability. Eldritch blast already makes you a archer type. Fiend for fireball and stuff. You're golden and itnwill feel like a jack of all trades and master of Noone situation
