Hello, a question, which has been bugging me for a while since I started consuming your material. Regarding the aspect of periodization: you mention selecting 2 of the main lifts for a period quite often. My question is: will this not regress me on the other lifts? E.g. currently I run upper/lower and each day has a different main move (OHP, Squat, Bench, Deadlift) and I feel like I can't recover as I try to improve on all of them constantly. Also, does this program entail that for 12 weeks one runs bench/deadlift emphasis, then for another 12 weeks ohp/squat, then for next 12 weeks bench/squat and then 12 weeks of ohp/deadlift? if this is answered somewhere - sorry in advance, could not find the answer for the life of me.

Small thing; on bench/deadlift, there is a spelling mistake with 'deadlift' on day 2.
