(And thus currently not practical to try) But hypothetically, were they to maintain a good lasting friendship over the years, it could become something more when they're both in similar mindsets. (If that makes any sense)

2023-12-18 17:57:18 +0000 UTCIt’s not a big age gap in retrospect but in younger years it is a big gap. A 12 year old and a 15 year old are at very different places mentally. One is considered a child and the other is considered a young adult (yeah I don’t like that title either) who can drive and get a job. The idea of them having a relationship has always been weird to me at least

2023-12-18 17:44:05 +0000 UTCOne thing I'd say, three years really ISN'T that much of an age gap. Obviously when you look at a teen vs pre teen or seems worse, but in their adult years, doesn't seem like it would be a significant factor.
