@Kenny yeah when they did this season they aired movie versions of the first 5 arcs + Mugen Train Arc season on tv then Entertainment District Arc so they made everything arc based :) Also the episodes got 23.4% of Japanese Houses watching FOR THE RE AIR of the movie alone, think it peaked over 30% for upcoming episodes. It's a true phenomenon.

Having just rewatched these episodes till here, when did they say he was a ninja multiple times? Unless Kenny cut every mention I haven't seen it mentioned this season yet. You might be remembering later reveals...

Wisteria isn't everywhere cause it is also a seasonal tree. The only place it blooms year round is on top of the mountain where they test people to become demon slayer members. At the start they state that 'this is the only place that Wisteria blooms year round'. So not only would certain environments not support the tree, it would also be seasonal. So it could help a little but it wouldn't solve the problem.

Plus we have to note that the demon slayers are not recognised by the government, so planting it everywhere would be a very hard feat in terms of permissions, and not being noticed by the government while coating everything in wisteria

for context, the 12 kizuki are very different. The lower 6 are constantly changing and getting killed since they're so weak in comparison. the upper 6 are in a league of their own and they are ranked in order of power from 1 through 6, Daki is last on the totem pole as #6 (weak, but still pretty strong and good enough for killing 7 Hashira)

As far as why not use Wisteria everywhere: If they did that they would actively repel demons. Shinobu needs to keep her sword sheathed until use as once she exposes her blade the demons will quickly figure out there's wisteria nearby. They can't plant wisteria everywhere because not all environments could sustain it. They need to be selective about wisteria use so that is why they surround their headquarters and other important areas with it. They also give wisteria to people with special blood as we saw earlier since just one of those individuals would greatly increase their power. Their goal is to hunt down and slay the demons- if they are actively repelling the demons then their job becomes harder. It's like making a lot of loud noises when trying to hunt

Also, while it's probably true that Daki (Upper Moon 6) would be mad if disfigured, don't forget that demons can regenerate! And the stronger they are, the faster they regenerate

Watching 4 shows at once is why we miss the occasional detail, but in editing I always pick up on if we miss stuff and let Montana know! Its just hard to be like word perfect info wise for 4 complex shows at once haha

Akaza was upper 3. This one is upper 6. They are both part of the upper moons but their ranks within the upper 6 moons differ. Sine there are 6 upper moons. This one is the weakest of them since she’s number 6

So the rank thing was NOT related to kanao. (Understandable confusion since they're similar) Also, it's upper/lower ___ (which is your rank among that group. Upper 6 being lowest of the upper ranks. So akaza, upper 3, is third strongest ). As always, appreciate y'all answering my questions! 😁

not to mention, the power difference grows exponentially with every rank, so in comparison to someone as high up as Akaza, she isn't as strong but don't let that fool you, she's def a problem lmao

Just to let you know, Muzan has different ways of motivating demons. In the last episode he was complimenting Daki, and telling her she’s the best because he knows it will make her work harder in serving him. And when he speaks with Akaza in the first episode he degrades him, scolds him for not doing his best, which is what he knows would motivate Akaza, it’s different for all demons.

So just to touch upon what you said at the end of the vid, she is part of the upper rank demons and her rank is 6. So she’s the lowest of the upper ranks. Akaza was upper rank 3. So he was the 3rd strongest of the upper ranks.
