SoVR Post-Game Diary #8

Hello everyone,

Today's post is going to be a bit shorter than usual, but as a compensation, you'll get some screenshots :p

I'm going to focus a bit on one of the two main quests Yuki will have to deal with during her part of the game.

And it's the part with Emiri.

You'll have to go through a small process to meet her properly and once you've met her, there will be a small duo scene in which the two girls will get to know each other better. After that, you'll be able to start doing the same thing she does. Little by little, you will be given "jobs" she can't/don't want to handle to help her. As such, there's a trick: at the beginning, Yuki will be alone (Unfortunately for you, you won't see much action on Emiri's side in that update. She's going to be more present in the next one, though, don't worry.)

I have planned 4 different jobs. 2 of them should be accessible in that update and the 2 next ones will be accessible in the update after. I say "should" because there's a possibility the second job is not totally finished by the update, but it should be.

Right now, I'll be focusing on the first job because I've just finished completely progamming it. Yuki's first job will be to take care of a female dog for a woman who can't because of work reasons.

Every time you select that job, you'll be teleported into the woman's appartment and you'll have to fullfil a certain list of tasks. It's nothing hard and key spots will be sparkling, don't worry. It's really the basic stuff you need to do for taking care of a dog: you'll have to give her food and water, to play with her, to take her out but also clean a bit the appartment because you'll be asked to do so.

To avoid making things too dull, I tried to make things slightly interactive so when it comes to playing, you have to press the space bar to throw the ball or pet her.

Once you've completed the list of things, you'll be rewarded with real money that won't show up (because I took the liberty to NOT use real money in that game), but some of the coins wil be Horny Coins. So the primary goal of this job is to earn money (well, that's the primary goal of each job, duh) and as such, you'll have the possibility to redo the job everyday (or not.) There will be no constraints such as "it needs to be done everyday" or stuff like that. Once it's unlocked, go have fun when you want to, that's all (and that's how all jobs will work.)

Of coooooooooooooourse, you can imagine that if you start going there on a regular basis, there might be some extra things that happen...

The jobs are supposed to be "incremental" in terms of H implications. That first job could totally be H free if I wanted (and it's supposed to be, but we're in an H game so of course there will be stuff), the second one will quickly fall into the H territory (at least faster) even if it won't be the original reason of the job either. And the 2 other jobs that will be implemented in the update afterwards are going to be much more straightforward.

So yeah, the jobs are supposed to follow a curve that follows Yuki's perversion progression. Of course, due to the fact that there will be two updates for her part of the game, things will probably a bit more unbalanced for people who play the hell out of the next update before the one after than for people playing the next two updates in a single go. But that's one of the problems with multiple releases.

As you can expect, Emiri's involvement will also grow more as you get more jobs and while you work on these, you will also see her own story unfold.

You could see on these screenshots that they were showing two new places... That's why the next post will be about the new places Yuki will visit.
