About the next SoS update

Hello everyone,

Even though there is still technically one last patch to release for The Hunter 2, I wanted to make a post to explain a bit what's planned for Slice of School.

First of all, I'd like to clarify one thing. Some of you might think that taking 2 months and a half for a TH2 update is (too) long and that it works against the progression of Slice of School's development. Well this couldn't be wronger. Those of you who've been following me for a long time know that originally, The Hunter (the first game) was created in order to give PeakJump the necessary time to come up with the Slice of Venture 2 content. Things haven't changed :x At this very moment, the drawn content of the next update of Slice of School is NOT finished. So making TH2's release earlier wouldn't have changed anything, you would have waited as long x)

That being said, most things were done. We are two images away from having all the content of that update. As such, the release of Slice of School is planned for the end of the current month.

Unlike TH2, Slice of School's core is finished at 90%, so we won't spend ages including new game mechanics, making things quicker. Needless to say that the downside to being almost done with mechanics is that apart from spoiling H content, I won't have much to show before the release ^^'

Anyway, I hope I'll manage to pull off the SoS update as fast as I want to so you can have a bit more content worth the wait.
