Two Page Monster Hunt: The Frostwing's Lament

Here is this month's monster hunt! In this hunt a group of 8th or 9th level hunters head out to the Snowy Mountains to hunt down a legiana that traveled into the area with a snow storm/blizzard. Its causing all sorts of issues for hunters, travelers, and merchants.
This is also the very first time a legiana has appeared in a monster hunt. That might be due to the rareity of the 11-14 CR range being picked, but I am happy that I get to include a monster that I haven't used in the past.
